The Reservoir Engineer is responsible for characterizing, modeling, and optimizing hydrocarbon reservoir performance to maximize ultimate recovery. Working closely with geoscience and production teams, this role drives subsurface insight into field development decisions. The role demands expert command of industry-standard simulation tools and a proven track record in reservoir management across complex offshore assets.

Reservoir Modeling & Simulation
- Build and maintain static and dynamic reservoir models using Eclipse, CMG, or PetroGeoS.
- Conduct history matching, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning for production forecasting.
- Perform material balance, decline curve analysis, and volumetric reserves calculations.
- Support field development planning through simulation-based recovery strategy evaluation.
Reserves Estimation & Reporting
- Prepare reserves estimates in accordance with SPE-PRMS standards.
- Generate technical reports and presentations for management and operator review.
- Contribute to annual reserves audits and FDP submissions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Integrate reservoir data with geological, geophysical, and production engineering inputs.
- Collaborate with drilling teams on well placement, completion design, and interventions.
- Provide technical guidance to field operations based on reservoir performance insights.
