Responsibilities

Integrated Reservoir Modeling

  • Build and maintain integrated static geological models (facies, property, and structural models).
  • Perform geostatistical modeling (kriging, sequential simulation) for property distribution.
  • Upscale geological models for dynamic simulation in Eclipse or CMG.
  • Conduct uncertainty and sensitivity analysis on key model parameters.

Reservoir Characterization

  • Integrate core, log, seismic, and production data into coherent reservoir descriptions.
  • Support well log correlation, petrophysical analysis, and net pay determination.
  • Develop conceptual depositional models based on analog studies and field data.

Reporting & Peer Review

  • Prepare reservoir characterization reports and geoscience technical reviews.
  • Participate in peer reviews and external reserves audits.
  • Present findings to operator and government technical committees.
Requirements
  • MSc in Geology, Petroleum Geoscience, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 9 years of reservoir geoscience experience, preferably in deepwater developments.
  • Proficiency in Eclipse and/or CMG reservoir simulation software.
  • Advanced geostatistical modeling skills using Petrel, IRAP RMS, or equivalent.
  • Experience with PRMS reserves classification and volumetric uncertainty analysis.
