Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator manages end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities supporting oil and gas operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. This role requires strong vendor management skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to balance operational urgency with procurement best practice and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Execute procurement processes from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery.
  • Conduct vendor qualification, evaluation, and onboarding activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and frame agreements with suppliers in compliance with company policy.
  • Manage the approved vendor list and conduct regular vendor performance reviews.

Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate material flow from sourcing to delivery at point of use.
  • Manage expediting activities to ensure critical materials arrive on schedule.
  • Support contract management and change order processes.

Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate supply chain data in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Produce supply chain KPI reports, spend analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with anti-bribery, compliance, and local content policies.
Requirements
  • BSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • CPSM or CIPS qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of supply chain or procurement experience in oil and gas.
  • Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
