Job Description
A Finance Officer is responsible for all financial aspects of a business or organization. They manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
- Financial operational tasks
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor business administration or equivalent education
- Age: 24+
- At least 1-3 years experience
- Must be familiar with Quickbooks application
- Must be able to quickly apply learning new application tools independently
- Good communication skills in word and writing; be proficient in Dutch and English.
- Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and responds appropriately
- Knowing how to deal with confidential information
- Open to learning new methods/styles that can contribute to better work performance and personal development.
