Job Description

A Finance Officer is responsible for all financial aspects of a business or organization. They manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices        
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Financial operational tasks​

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor business administration or equivalent education
  • Age: 24+
  • At least 1-3 years experience
  • Must be familiar with Quickbooks application
  • Must be able to quickly apply learning new application tools independently
  • Good communication skills in word and writing; be proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; listens to others, correctly interprets messages from others and responds appropriately
  • Knowing how to deal with confidential information
  • Open to learning new methods/styles that can contribute to better work performance and personal development.
