As a Management Assistant you are a versatile supporter of the team for various
projects submitted to you. You organize meetings and project meetings, manage a number of projects pages, take on an executive and/or coordinating role in (departmental) projects. Furthermore, the Management Assistant contributes to the coordination and progress of the projects and activities of the Chief Enabling Officer.
● Project management;
- Prepare project plans
- Develop strategies for projects
- Advising and supporting external and internal partners
● Risk management
- Budget monitoring
- Monitor project progress
- Write management reports
- Making plans and budgets
● Business Development;
- Identifying new markets and partnerships
- Integrate knowledge from specialized fields such as research & development, production, marketing and sales to achieve business objectives.
- Writing research papers;
● Investment Funding;
- Identifying companies in which to invest and for what purposes
- Developing, applying and monitoring strategies for investments;
- Writing reports;
