As an HR Associate, you play a vital role within the organization’s HR team. You support various HR functions and contribute to the management of personnel matters, recruitment and selection, training, and other HR-related processes. As an HR Associate, you assist the HR team in managing the organization’s human capital. You play an important role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, and contribute to a positive work environment for all employees.
Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in the recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
Onboarding: Contributing to the onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packages and organizing orientation and training programs.
Personnel Administration: Supporting the maintenance of employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Employee Benefits: Assisting with the communication and implementation of employee benefits and policies.
Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and educational activities for employees.
Prevention and Well-being: Contributing to health, safety, and wellness programs and initiatives in the workplace.
Employee Satisfaction: Supporting surveys, feedback collection, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
Termination of Employment: Assisting in the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and handling administrative procedures.
HR Reporting: Collecting and analyzing HR data for reporting and providing insights to management.
Policies and Procedures: Assisting in enforcing and communicating HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Communication: Supporting internal HR communications and acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.
Age: 26 years and older
Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in HR
Educational Level: MBO working and thinking level
Availability: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM
