Job Description

As an HR Associate, you play an essential role within the organization’s HR team. You support various HR functions and contribute to the management of personnel matters, recruitment and selection, training, and other HR-related processes. As an HR Associate, you assist the HR team in managing the organization’s human capital. You play an important role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent and contribute to creating a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in the recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

Onboarding: Contributing to the onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packages and organizing orientation and training programs.

Personnel Administration: Supporting the maintenance of employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.

Employee Benefits: Assisting in the communication and implementation of employee benefits and policies.

Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and educational activities for employees.

Prevention and Well-being: Contributing to programs and initiatives related to health, safety, and well-being in the workplace.

Employee Satisfaction: Supporting surveys, collecting feedback, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Offboarding: Assisting in the offboarding process, including handling exit interviews and administrative procedures.

HR Reporting: Collecting and analyzing HR data for reporting and providing insights to management.

Policies and Procedures: Assisting in enforcing and communicating HR policies and procedures within the organization.

Communication: Supporting internal HR communications and acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.

Requirements

Age: 26 years and older

Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in HR

Educational Level: MBO working and thinking level

Availability: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks and projects
  • Ability to handle confidential information and data with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within an HR team and with employees from other departments
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude toward employees and HR processes
  • Ability to give full attention to what others are saying and actively look for ways to help people
  • Ability to adjust actions in response to others and to manage your own time and the time of others
