Job Description
As a Marketing Associate, you play an active role in supporting marketing activities and enhancing the brand visibility of our organization. You work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, and contribute to achieving our goals in customer engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the brand and products/services.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Conducting market research to gain insights into trends, competition, and target audience behavior.
- Assisting in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools and providing reports to the team.
- Maintaining collaborations with external partners, such as graphic designers and print shops, for the creation of marketing materials.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and ideas to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
Educational Level: Bachelor’s (HBO) working and thinking level
Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in marketing
Age: From 30 years and older
Availability: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Some experience in marketing, internships, or relevant projects is a plus
- Creativity in developing marketing ideas and creating engaging content
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus
- Analytical thinking to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment
- Ability to give full attention to what others are saying and actively look for ways to help people
- Ability to adapt actions in response to others and to manage your own time and the time of others
