Job Description
The Public Relations (PR) Worker is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive public image for the company. This role involves drafting media releases, organizing public events, managing media relations, and developing communication strategies. Responsibilities

4. Communication Strategy:

- Monitor public and media perceptions and adjust communication plans as needed.
5. Crisis Management:
- Assist in managing crisis communication and develop strategies to handle negative publicity.
- Prepare and execute contingency plans to protect the company’s reputation.
6. Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor the company's social media profiles and online presence.
- Create and schedule engaging content to maintain a positive brand image.
7. Internal Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Assist in drafting internal communications, such as memos and newsletters, to keep employees informed.
8. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze media coverage and PR campaign performance.
- Prepare reports on PR activities, media coverage, and public perception.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a PR role or related position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PR software and tools (e.g., media databases, social media platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
