Job Description

Coordinate and oversee Operational and Project-related activities to support the strategic, technical, and administrative execution of Crew4Energy’s projects. Ensure alignment across stakeholders, maintain project timelines, and provide essential support for logistics, recruitment, compliance, and office operations—particularly in partnership with HCMS. This role supports projects within the Oil & Gas sector, where prior industry experience is an asset.
 

Responsibilities

· Support Coordinate project schedules and daily operations to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

· Serve as the Primary Point of contact between Crew4Energy and HCMS for services including HR, legal, logistics, and office management.

· Support recruitment coordination, Recruitment Processes, Onboarding, and Payroll Processes for local and expat staff.

· Monitor compliance with Surinamese Labour Laws and support in drafting employment documentation.

· Facilitate visa, immigration, and relocation processes in Cooperation with Agency Partners.

· Assist in managing physical office infrastructure, including IT systems, supplies, security, and maintenance.

· Track and report project progress, budgets, and milestone achievements to internal leadership.

· Help organize strategic events, government relations engagements, and public-private sector meetings.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation and audit trails for all project activities.

· Provide administrative and logistical support including visitor management, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination.

· Support implementation of internal systems for tracking tasks, vendor services, and facility operations.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and project execution. 

Requirements

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.

· Strong command of the English language (Dutch and/or Sranan Tongo is an advantage).

· 2–4 years of experience in a Project Coordination or Operational Support role.


Preferred

· Bachelor’s Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or with Oil & Gas service providers.

· Familiarity with Surinamese regulatory and employment frameworks.

· Prior involvement in cross-functional project teams with international stakeholders.
 

IT Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive under pressure.
