Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

5. Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sales representatives.

6. Sales Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Manage sales territories and delegate tasks to maximize team productivity.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales leadership role.
