• Flex Workers:
  For employees available to you for LESS THAN TWO (2) WEEKS, supervision is provided by HCMS N.V.
• Temp Workers:
  For employees available to you for MORE THAN TWO (2) WEEKS, the supervision responsibility falls on your end.
