As part of our outplacement service, employees are classified into two categories based on their availability and your supervision needs:
Flex Workers
Availability: Less than two (2) weeks
Supervision: HCMS N.V. assumes full responsibility for supervising and guiding the worker during this short-term assignment.
Ideal for temporary staffing gaps or urgent, short-duration projects.
Temp Workers
Availability: More than two (2) weeks
Supervision: Your organization oversees daily operations, while HCMS remains the legal employer and handles all administrative and payroll responsibilities.
Best suited for longer transitional roles without the complexity of direct employment contracts
