Expat Deployment Assessment

Intake Questionnaire

Collects the information HCMS needs to determine the optimal legal structure, visa route, payroll model, and cost estimate for deploying an expatriate worker to Suriname. Complete one form per assignee.

Instructions: Complete this form for each expatriate or consultant to be deployed to Suriname. HCMS uses the answers to determine which employment structure is optimal: full EOR employment, non-resident optimised EOR, or an advisory/consultancy agreement. The questionnaire also identifies treaty-based advantages (CARICOM, DTA) that may simplify immigration or reduce tax obligations.
