Track A — Institution Partnership

For educational institutions that produce graduates in technical fields: engineering, welding, electrical, HSE, IT, project management, and administration. HCMS establishes a formal partnership where your graduates are introduced directly into our verified talent database — and you earn a referral fee for every graduate who gets placed on a project.

How It Works

Sign the HCMS Institution Partnership Agreement (no cost, no exclusivity).

Share your graduating class list with HCMS at the end of each academic term — names, contact details, field of study, and qualification level.

HCMS contacts each graduate via HUMANABLE (WhatsApp), screens their qualifications, and registers them in the HCMS talent database.

Graduates can complete free HCMS Academy courses (O&G Fundamentals, HSE, Employment Law) to boost their profile and deploy-readiness tier.

When a graduate is placed on a project → the institution receives the referral fee.

For anyone who knows skilled professionals — friends, family, neighbours, community members — who are looking for work in Oil & Gas, mining, construction, or industrial projects. You do not need any recruitment experience. You simply refer the candidate to HCMS, and if they get placed, you earn a referral bonus. That is it.

How It Works

Register as an HCMS Referral Partner — send a WhatsApp message to +597 883 71 15 with your name and "I want to join the referral network."

You receive your unique HCMS Referral Code (e.g., REF-SR-001). This code tracks all your referrals.

When you know someone looking for work: send HCMS their name and phone number via WhatsApp, along with your referral code.

HUMANABLE contacts the candidate, conducts the screening, and registers them in the talent database.

When your referred candidate is placed on a project → you receive the referral bonus via bank transfer.

There is no limit to how many candidates you can refer. The more qualified candidates you send, the more you earn. Top referrers (10+ successful placements per year) are invited to become paid HCMS Community Ambassadors with a monthly retainer.

For individuals who want to earn income by conducting initial candidate screenings on behalf of HCMS. You are trained by HCMS Academy, certified as a Selection Agent, and assigned candidates to screen via WhatsApp or video call. You fill a standardised intake form, submit it to HUMANABLE, and get paid per completed screening. This is structured freelance work — you set your own hours, work from anywhere, and scale your income based on volume.

How It Works

Apply to become an HCMS Selection Agent — send a WhatsApp message to +597 883 71 15 with your CV and "Selection Agent application."

Complete the mandatory HCMS Academy course: "Candidate Screening Fundamentals" (2 hours, online, free). This covers: interview structure, form completion, compliance red flags, and HUMANABLE submission process.

Pass the certification assessment → receive your HCMS Selection Agent badge and access to the screening assignment queue.

HCMS assigns candidates to you from the HUMANABLE pipeline. You conduct a 20–30 minute structured screening via WhatsApp voice call or video call. You complete the standardised HCMS Intake Form with: personal details, qualifications, work history, certifications, availability, salary expectations, and your assessment notes.

Submit the completed form via HUMANABLE. HCMS reviews, grades the submission, and pays you per completed screening.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I get paid?

Referral bonuses (Track A and B) are paid within 30 days of the candidate's first day on the job. Selection Agent fees (Track C) are paid bi-weekly for all completed and approved screenings in the preceding period. All payments are made via bank transfer to your Surinamese bank account.

What if my referral doesn't get placed immediately?

Your referral stays in the HCMS talent database permanently. If they are placed 6 months or even 12 months later, you still earn the referral bonus — as long as your referral code is attached to their profile. There is no expiry date on referrals.

Can I participate in multiple tracks?

Yes. An institution can be a Track A partner while individual faculty members participate as Track B referrers or Track C Selection Agents. There is no conflict — each track has its own earning structure and is tracked independently.

What kinds of candidates is HCMS looking for?

Technical professionals in: engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, process), welding (6G, TIG, MIG certified), HSE officers and coordinators, scaffolders, riggers, crane operators, pipe fitters, instrumentation technicians, project managers, logistics and warehouse specialists, administrative and finance staff, IT professionals, and general construction workers. Both experienced professionals and recent graduates are welcome — HCMS Academy bridges the gap.

Do I need to be in Suriname to participate?

No. Track B (Referral Network) and Track C (Selection Agent) can be done from anywhere — the Netherlands, the Caribbean, Europe, or any country with WhatsApp access. This is especially valuable for diaspora community members who know skilled Surinamese professionals abroad.

What is the HCMS Academy course for Selection Agents?

A 2-hour self-paced online course covering: how to conduct a structured screening interview, how to complete the HCMS Intake Form correctly, compliance red flags to watch for (fake certifications, work permit issues), and how to submit your completed forms via HUMANABLE. You must pass a short assessment at the end to receive your Selection Agent certification. The course is free.
