Full Suriname Payroll HCMS processes 100% of the worker's compensation through Surinamese payroll. All statutory obligations (income tax, social security, health insurance) are calculated, withheld, and remitted by HCMS. Suitable for resident assignments and where full local content attribution is required.
Structured Payroll HCMS and your company collaborate on a compensation structure that ensures full Surinamese compliance while accommodating the commercial realities of international deployments. The specific arrangement is designed during the proposal stage based on your assignment profiles, day rates, and client requirements. HCMS handles all in-country obligations; you handle the international components.
HCMS Service Fee A competitive monthly per-employee fee covers the full EOR service: employment contracts, payroll processing, tax compliance, social security administration, and ongoing HR support. Detailed pricing is provided in a separate fee schedule during the commercial discussion.
Mobilisation & Immigration One-time setup fees cover visa and work permit processing, employee onboarding, and ATLAS concierge activation. These are quoted per assignee and detailed in the fee schedule.
